Welcome all members and guests,

Rice is a fast growing guild with many talented players and exciting things happening. In order to let all members get the most fun and enjoyment out of the game and being in RICE, there are rules each and every member must follow. Please read below carefully, if your a rice member, it is your duty to read and know the following rules. And if you wish to become or remain a member, you must follow them.

First rule of being a RICE member:

Have a good attitude. This is a game, Have fun, don't ruin other people's fun. Which means greed, selfishness, insubordination, rudeness and immaturity from a member is strongly frown up on by RICE, people who demonstrate the above quality do not belong in RICE.

RECRUITMENT AND GENERAL POLICIES

1. All players whom we do not know prior to their joining the guild will spend a period of time as recruits. This trail period usually last 5-10 days. How fast you become a real member depends on your attitude, lvl of participation, and skills. The trail period can last significantly longer if we never see you in raids or you demostrate questionable behavior. Becoming a recruit does not promise you'll become a member.

2. Rice members may not keep active alts in other guilds, doing so will result in you being removed from the guild.

3. Leaving Rice: We understand Rice may not be a guild for everyone. If you find yourself stop having fun with us, hey, thats ok. Please let an officer know before you leave.

RAID RULES

Rice spends a lot of time raiding in preperation for Molten Core and the upcoming battleground. We have some rules when it comes to distributing gears.

1. All items are distributed Class before Need before Greed. If dispute arises in regard of need, Officers have the right to decide which class has greater need.

2. Recruits are not allowed to roll against members and higher. However recruits may roll for greed items and items members already have.

3. Members who are below lvl 59 are not allowed to roll against members who are at 59 or 60 for items in high lvl instances. (Strath/Scholo/BRS)

4. All greed items member obtain from pickup raids belong to that member and he is free to do as he wishes. However it is strongly encouraged that BOE class set pieces, SpellBooks are offered to members at a reasonable price before they are put on AH.

5. As Rice makes progress in MC, many epic items will surely be dropping. Purple items will be distributed by officers. On such occasion, officers will discuss and determine who receives such item based on their contribution and dedication to the guild. In certain situations, a roll will take place between all who are deemed eligible by officers.

Raiding with pickup group or other guilds:

Rice promotes good manner in raids with people outside of the guild. If you choose to join a pickup raid, you should ask the raid leader for loot rules at the beginning.
