PvP Reward System & Honorable/Dishonorable Kills

Tucked away in the WoW Euro site is the changes to the upcoming PvP Reward system and how the honorable/dishonorable system works.

I'm disappointed that they're not putting dishonor into effect. If they would just make it so you lose ranking when you kill many players 15+ levels lower than you
it would do a lot to lower newbie slaughter. Other than that it looks kick ass. Rogues can get leet gear without raiding.
