I think you don't need to refresh it, it does automatically.

LOL the is like 10 pages of locked threads on L2 official forum about server downtime!
Gms has more time locking and deleting threads on the forum than fixing their impurety.

hahaha, I bet there are like 20 GM's but only 2 actually have the knowledge to fix problems :) That is why they have enough people to keep locking threads but not fix it
