Warcraft III
Inferno_Rice aka Invincible_Rice aka Homan, recently rose to #1 on the Westfall FFA ladder while playing under the name BWhittle (http://www.ricegamers.com/news/2004/07.06/Frozen%20Throne%20-%20Westfall%20-%20BWhittle%20-%20Player%20Profile.htm). Apparently this wasn't appreciated by Blizzard and he was reset (http://www.ricegamers.com/news/2004/07.06/Warcraft%20III%20Patch%20Beta%20Discussion%20-%20BWhittle%20is%20rank%201%20FFA!.htm). He also got my CDKey banned from the Blizzard forums. Who is BWhittle? He is a Blizzard forum troll that is "supposed" to be good at FFA. This is what Inferno had to say about it:
bwhittle is a blizzard guy that always posts; he says he is good at FFA. I was so kind to use his name too and get #1 with it. He should be thankful - he can never achieve it by himself.
Despite this minor setback of having his record reset, Inferno_Rice (http://www.ricegamers.com/news/2004/07.06/Frozen%20Throne%20-%20Westfall%20-%20Inferno_Rice%20-%20Player%20Profile.htm) quickly reached #1 once again (http://www.ricegamers.com/news/2004/07.06/Frozen%20Throne%20-%20Westfall%20-%20FFA%20Ladder.htm) on Westfall; by the time I went to save the webpage he had dropped to #2 on the ladder. Inferno quickly moved onto Azeroth after the 1.15 beta ended; yet again he climbed to the #1 spot on the FFA ladder (http://www.ricegamers.com/news/2004/07.06/Frozen%20Throne%20-%20Azeroth%20-%20FFA%20Ladder.htm) with the name Invincible_Rice (http://www.ricegamers.com/news/2004/07.06/Frozen%20Throne%20-%20Azeroth%20-%20Invincible_Rice%20-%20Player%20Profile.htm). At present he is sitting in the #3 spot but if you look at the records of the two players above him, it's quite obvious who should be sitting at #1.
